Terms of Sales

1– SALE PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • The selling price of the Works is displayed on the Site in Euros and includes all taxes, with the exception of delivery and packaging costs where applicable.
  • The different possible delivery methods and the related costs are indicated at the time of the order summary.
  • Delivery and packaging costs depend on the nature of the work, its dimensions, its weight, and the place of delivery.
  • Payment of the price of the work are done through the payment services of Paypal.
  • The transfer of ownership occurs once the full price has been paid by the Buyer.

2- DELIVERY OF WORKS

  • The delivery of the ordered works will be made between 3 and 5 days according to the respective packaging methods of each work.
  • The different packaging possibilities are explained in the technical sheet of each work *.
  • Delivery is made to the address indicated on the order, during working hours and in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by the delivery provider determined during the order.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the buyer. Each delivery will be insured.
  • The Buyer undertakes, upon receipt of the order, to check the state of the work, and to make any reservations in writing and without delay, no later than 48 hours.

3– RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • The buyer has 48 hours after receipt of the work to implement his right of withdrawal without cause by sending an email to : hdecuba[ AT ]gmail.com.
  • The buyer has 7 days to provide proof of return of the work.
  • Reimbursement for the work will be made within 14 days after it has been reshipped and delivered and after checking its general condition.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Works returned damaged or soiled by the Buyer will not be taken back or refunded.

4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Seller guarantees to be the author of the transferred Work, that the Work in no way contravenes the laws, regulations and standards in force and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • During the sale, the Seller transfers to the Buyer the material support for the work and its rights of representation over the work.
  • However, the Seller retains the moral right to the work sold as well as the rights related to its reproduction.
